Here are my progress photos.
Since week 7, I have stopped working out, but I have continued eating healthy. I haven’t really stopped working out by choice, it’s just that things have been super hectic with working a ton of overtime, trying to move out of the old place and into the new place. We hadn’t taken progress pictures since week 7 and I was really concerned that I was going to see a lot of regression since I have continued to lose weight, but I figured it was all in muscle.
I realize now that my tummy has gotten flatter and my love handles have gotten smaller and I really want to start working out again. I’m officially down to 142.2, which means that I am only 2.2 lbs away from my initial goal weight and I am also the smallest I have been in my entire life (well, this is the least I’ve weighed since I got to adult height of 5 foot 3).
Starting at 165, As of today I have lost 23.8 lbs.
My new goal weight is 135 by Warped Tour (July 24th) and then 130 by the end of the summer. I definitely believe I can do it.
My big concerns now are getting my thighs a little thinner, then getting rid of the flab under my arms.
